Multicultural marketing is not enough to increase sales because if customers are not treated with sensitivity to their culture they still won't buy. We train salespeople and other front-line staff to be culturally competent.

In addition to that, as a Senior Finacial Advisor, I make my living planning retirement structures for the senior sectors. I also have clients who are doing business in China, since one of the three partners is Chinese and is multilingual. One of the other partners in this Int'l Oil Tools corp has asked me to partner with them as a Marketing Mngr and so I am wanting to get certified as a Professional Speaker to further my career expertise.
