The Identity Theft Defense Center Program

The program leads companies rapidly through a proven, focused series of activities to address identity theft issues and risks. The intensive one-week program covers each area of corporate and personal exposure thoroughly, and guides clients step-by-step through development of comprehensive identity theft policies, procedures, and plans. Clients will acquire the knowledge, skills and techniques needed to efficiently implement simple, but highly effective identity theft prevention programs.

On the first day, we provide in-depth training on the issues, techniques, costs, and solution alternatives for identity theft, from both the personal and corporate perspective. We conduct a detailed assessment of the client in each important risk area, and develop a risk profile and initial recommendations.

Day two is dedicated to development of a company strategy, value proposition, and vision for identity theft protection, including identification of stakeholders and sponsors, a management plan, measurable success factors, and importantly, the executive commitment necessary to drive action.

The next two days are an intensive focus on the policies, procedures, and plans to implement the company strategy, tailored to meet the company s specific requirements and constraints. Each risk area is addressed in depth, involving key experts and managers to ensure accurate understanding of the realities on the ground , as well as buy-in from those who will communicate and lead the program.

We conclude with a series of focused workshops on rollout activities and management, providing critical knowledge and techniques to ensure success in each area. We work through key scenarios and processes in depth, and verify that all elements are in place to complete the plan, to measure and monitor the results, and to manage continuous improvement.
