Our company is focused on helping clients prevent, manage, and resolve workplace conflict. In addition to training, we provide intervention (mediation, negotiation, facilitation, coaching) and assessment services. We have a number of "off the shelf" training programs from intro level conflict resolution skills to advanced mediator training. We have also developed a training aid - a conflict management styles assessment questionnaire. We have also written a recently published book "Conflict is for the Birds! Understanding Your Conflict Management Style".
We provide onsite training around the world (primarly in Canada and US). We also offer some courses open to the public - currently only scheduled in Canada.
Our courses are anywhere from 1/2 day to 10 days in length. Our educational methodology is highly interactive, case-study based.
