We offer taster courses from one to five weeks, postgraduate courses for Alexander Teachers trained overseas wishing to upgrade their skills. We offer individuaal lessons and voice and performance workshops. We have an inclusive and impressive training programe.

As part of the training course you will study good use of the body's neuromuscular system and how the mind interactss with the nervous system to give us balance-and what we can do if we are lacking in balance The Alexander Technique is an effective managment tool for back pain, RSI, stress and is used by musicians and pregnant women where balance is important to health. You will study all aspectss of becoming an Alexander Teacher and be certificated by The Society of Teachers of The Alexander Technique as well as The Open College Network.

It is an intensive study of the work of F M Alexander and the application of his technique to the practcalities of daily living and specilised skills. Especially suitable for those who want to study this work in depth but do not wish to train to teach it. The course is practical and all participants receive daily hand on work as well as attending interesting discussion 'lectures and specilist groups on voice, posture, developmental movement, breathing and coordination.
