Advanced Trainers Institute Pilot Program
ATI Strategic Planning : As change continues at a breathtaking pace in organizations and with competitors copying process and technology advances at lightening speed, the competitive edge will most surely go to those who invest in the inventories that are most difficult for the competition to copy -- their human inventories.
During this workshop, participants will explore the trends that affect organizations the most and the implications on the workforce of these trends. Participants will discover how to build stategic plans for the training and development department that support the mission, vision, values and strategic plans for the organization.

ATI Systemic Thinking : Systemic thinking is about seeing the big picture, the organization as a whole especially when it comes to organization change and growth. This session will discuss cutting edge theories and their application to change leadership and how the trainer as strategic partner can amplify the adaptability and capacity of the workforce.
