Design for Six Sigma - DFSS Black Belt           : DFSS (Design For Six Sigma) is the most empowering tool for companies that would like to develop a new product or service that is defect free. DFSS could also be used as a result of a Six Sigma project in that the project is ended because Six Sigma improvement process is not suitable to overcome fundamental design issues. DFSS combines many of the tools that are used in Lean and Six Sigma and integrates other tools such as VOC (voice of the customer), FMEA, Reliability and Survival Analysis, Tolerancing, and simulation methods.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt : Lean Sigma black belts are the heavyweights of lean implementation. They are the direct managers/leaders of Lean Sigma projects. This program teaches all of the necessary skills for successful leadership of a lean Sigma project. lean Sigma Black Belts generate an average of more than 200 thousand dollars per project of savings and new net revenue.
