How do we do it?
Our methodology of training is based on participation and creativity. We conduct group or one-to-one sessions where the emphasis is on practical skills. Each training session is recorded and reviewed. Coaching via email is also available to hone skills newly acquired from training sessions. The training we provide is customizable to the requirements of your organization.

Ranjinath Muniandy, Senior Trainer : Profile
Ranjinath has worked for various large organizations over the last 18 years. He has been involved in Project Management, Business Development and Product Development. He has trained various groups from Customer Services, External Sales and Internal Sales Teams. He is an avid Toastmaster and has attained the highest level of Distinguished Toastmasters. He holds a MBA from the Irish International University.
Ranjinath Muniandy is known for his street smart marketing practices. He has also proven himself in very success project management in previous engagements. He hold strong to the belief that anyone can change is only they go Beyond Themselves thus the name of the company BeyondU.
Through BeyondU Solutions, Ranjinath has conducted more than 22 training sessions since October 2004.
