Daybreak Counseling Service provides quality Anger Management for those struggling with feelings of rage and stress. Daybreak Anger Management classes focus on the consequences of anger while teaching techniques to avoid violent behavior. Effective communication, self-awareness and stress management are productive tools for preventing anger outbursts.

Daybreak Anger Management for Adults is designed to address the stressors of life that lead to violence. It also focuses on the destructive consequences of aggressive behavior.
Daybreak Anger Management for Teens uses the power of peer influence in an effort to correct maladaptive behaviors in teens and young adults.
A Thin Line Anger Management for Couples teaches couples how to communicate their needs and underlying emotions before resorting to anger, avoidance and manipulation.

We love our grchild we want to get him the neccessary help at an early age in order to prevent deliquent behavior in his future.
