AOBA LANGUAGE CENTRE is a Singapore progressive Japanese language school: a comprehensive language centre providing courses and services in Japanese language.
In learning Japanese, reading ability is as important as speaking and listening.
For a good command of Japanese, we would like to suggest that you take our standard courses. You will be able to develop real abilities to go on to an advanced level and four technical skills "speaking", "listening", "reading", and "writing" are comprehensively acquired in this courses.
Our Japanese language courses are designed with the student in mind. From a first-timer, to an advanced student, all classes are created to maximize the student s time by comprehensive lessons, and a no-nonsense approach to the Japanese language. But we also offer fun outings, and opportunities to learn more about the Japanese culture. Tea Ceremonies, Japanese Karaoke, Dining experiences and more, give the student a chance to experience Japan from the inside

At AOBA Language Centre, we offer you the chance to learn Japanese right in the heart of beautiful Singapore. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced student, we will have the right course for you.
Our teaching materials have a good balance of communication skills and grammar. Along with these, various written and visual aids are used to conduct lessons and teach all three types of Japanese characters: Hiragana, Katakana and Kanji. Here students are encouraged to learn Japanese comprehensively, and through our carefully designed courses, every student can learn comfortably at his or her own level.
Cultural events are organised regularly for students to mingle with Japanese and practise what they learn.

- M asked: I recently moved to Singapore from Australia. i studied Japanese at university in Australia about yearsw ago. I also studied Engineering and I have always worked as an engineer so I haven't used my Japanese, except for a year (-) that I spent on the JET Program - I did the Level governmnent proficiency in that year.
