Training Delivery Options

Thinkpath s technology training is offered through a variety of effective delivery options. For a large sized company, we generally recommend a blend of instructor-led training and mentoring services. Here is a brief description.

Instructor-Led Training
This method provides traditional instructor-led classroom training in state of the art facilities with equipment that meets Microsoft CTEC equipment standards.

Mentoring Services
Our mentoring service takes IT training to the next level. Our highly skilled mentors help you meet your organization's goals quickly and efficiently by providing on-site, on-the-job technical advice and tutoring. Mentoring is an effective way to add expert skills on a short-term basis to enhance the performance of IT personnel and to effectively implement advanced computer technologies.

A Thinkpath Mentor accelerates skills development by acting as a facilitator or coach to a client. The Mentoring engagement is a method of skills transfer by mapping learning directly to IT deliverables. Thinkpath Training mentors have deep instructing experience, certified technical knowledge and vast exposure to real IT projects. Our Instructors

Our trainers have intense training and development tracks, as they must not only achieve required levels of Microsoft certification, they must also maintain a certain level of current knowledge to survive in the classroom. In order to keep our trainers on the leading edge they also attend technical conferences and are provided with an allowance to purchase related books and materials for self-study.
