ABCs of Sustainable Time Management
Not just another round of conventional tips, the ABCs of Sustainable Time Management focus on new skills in the areas of Attention, Boundaries, and Choices that support time management from the ground up. Develop Attention that is flexible or focused as needed. Maintain Boundaries that protect you from unreasonable expectations yet connect you to others. Make Choices that serve your truest self. Hands-on experiences, role-play, large & small group exercises, writing, interaction, and reflection all come together to build capacity in each area. The STM experience functions as a lab so we practice time management as we learn about it.
The best format for STM is a full weekend retreat where we have time to let learning experiences sink in, while having fun during an evening of storytelling, music, and games. But STM can happen in other formats -- full/half day workshop, lunchtime/evening/keynote talk, or multi-session class.
