KCOM Management is one of Malaysia"s leading business to business management training providers. We provide cross industry/ sector training for corporate executives to management level. Our programs are researched and developed through our business intelligence and current trends and focuses in the corrporate world. We provide programs for benchmarking, ROI, Best Practices and many others. All our programs are well research and conducted in a 5-star hotels, both nationally and internationally. To date, we have conducted workshops and conferences in all parts of Malaysia, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Thailand and the Philippines.
We also conduct soft-skills training (covering a huge range) for companies that have identified programs that are to be held inhouse.

KCOM Management Sdn Bhd, formerly known as KnowledgeCom Management (A Division of KnowledgeCom Corporation Sdn Bhd), was incepted early 2003 under the umbrella company KnowledgeCom Corporation Sdn Bhd. The core business activity of KCOM Management Sdn Bhd is the provision of management business resources and adult learning and development support through public workshops, conferences and custom designed in-house programs.
While KCOM Management Sdn Bhd does not cater for any specific target segmentation, we do emphasize that our programs are designed around and for senior managers or heads of departments. Additionally, while KCOM Management Sdn Bhd caters for any professional segment or industry, we design and produce public workshops, conferences and in-house programs around specific themes which are:
