Our Experience
A team of experienced and entrepreneurial professionals from diverse service organizations started Training Partners. Our training partners have a trail of success behind them, with exposure to businesses ranging from banking, insurance, pharma, telecom, hospitality, asset management, BPO and direct marketing.
Our Belief
At Training Partners we believe that the right people are an organization s greatest asset having the maximum impact on shareholder value. We help this asset perform better by partnering in areas viz. employee motivation, effective work habits, knowledge & skill building, performance measurement etc. with the ultimate goal of creating an engaged and talented resource pool.
Our Methodology
Our approach includes an understanding and agreement with our partner organization on the scale and scope of our engagement. Based on this engagement, our methodology incorporates one or more of the following:
training need assessment/analysis (TNA)
training roadmap for each employee (TRE)
pre-training interview of the participants (PTI)
customized content & curriculum development (CCD)
training content sharing with participants (TCS)
training delivery by Subject Matter Experts (TDS)
post-training assessment & self-action plan for participants (PTA)
measurement of training s contribution to intended objective, viz. productivity, motivation, profitability etc. (MOT)
In addition to the above core training activities, we cater to the following requirements of our partner organizations:
train-the-trainer workshops
event and seminar arrangements
guest speaker & topical expert conferences
administrative services, including venue, facilities, infrastructure, ttansportation etc
outdoor training-cum-fun activities, s.a. camping,
river-rafting, team-building workshops etc.
