Intro to Working Flair
This is the beginners class to Flair Bartending. We teach a variety of moves that can be used on the students very next shift, while focusing on the #1 rule to flair....Srevice First, Flair Second. This is a hands on workshop.
Advanced Flair & Competition Preperation
This class takes the next step into Flair Showcases and Competition training. We focus on skills and moves that have been learned in the intro class and channel them into patterns and sequences of 3 to 5 moves at a time. Again we make sure to remember the Service First, Flair Second. The second part of the class is how to prepare for a showcase or a competition. We show potential bartenders how to break down the rules for maximum points, how to pick music, what to flip & what not to flip, and how to impress the crowd.
Intro to Mixology
This class focuses on the creation of classic cocktails by using fresh fruit, juice and garnishes. We demonstrate the use of mixology bartending tools, why they are important, and how to prepare yourself for upcoming shifts.
The classes can be taught on location at the student or clients bar or can be taught at one of our Flair Friendly locations.
Class times and dates are flexible. Morning, night and weekend classes are available.
