Rizal is presently a qualified NLP Practitioner and an NLP Coach. He is certified by The International NLP Trainers Association (INLPTA) as a Certified Practitioner of the Art and Science of Neuro Lingusitic Programming.
He is a Professional Member of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers (MAPS) with the title of Malaysian Speaking Professional (MSP), and a member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF).
He is also a qualified administrator of Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and Personnel Administrator Preference Inventory (PAPI).
