We teach and train for private companies and colleges on project management, process improvement, organizational change as well as personnel specific training sessions e.g. time management. Training on Microsoft Project is also offered. All training is hands on, real world exercise based using examples participants bring to the course. We are also able to design courses and programs specific to solutions an organization is implementing for example quality improvement, project management office processes, ISO 9000. We teach at company sites, online, and in the classroom. We have curriculum that can be scaled for one day overviews to 16 week courses.
