- M asked: I am a qualified oil installer and working for a heating and engineering company at present. I am looking to further my qualifications and have already completed my Oil course at your training centre via my employer. Unfortunately my employer is not in a position at this time to fund my courses for gas heating and servicing but I would like to take this forward myself and fund independently whilst working for my employer. I am OFTEC registered, and am a qualified Production Engineer (previous trade). I would like to know how I can go about registering for relevant courses myself as I have been working within the heating and engineering trade for over years.
