BII National Certificate for Door Supervisors : The BIIAB Level 2 National Certificate for Door Supervisors qualification is a 4 day course which enables delegates to apply for a Security Industry Authority (SIA) license upon successful completion. This qualification is specifically aimed at any person wanting to work as a:
* Door Supervisors
* Security Guards
* Retail Security Officers
* Event Stewards
NCPLH National Certificate for Personal License Holders  : Under the Licensing Act 2003 anyone authorising the retail sale of alcohol must hold a personal license. The Level 2 National Certificate for Personal License Holders (NCPLH) enables successful delegates to apply for a personal license.
The course comprehensively details the legal obligations and social responsibilities of holding a license and delegates have a full understanding of the current licensing laws.
Physical Intervention  : The Physical Intervention course demonstrates techniques in the context of using reasonable force in the United Kingdom. By attending and successfully completing this one day programme delegates learn and practice Physical Intervention techniques for use in:
Self defence
Defence of others
Escort, eviction and arrest
We recommend that the delegate has received formal conflict management training (non physical conflict resolution techniques) before undertaking this course. This course is highly participative and includes physical and practical methods to prevent, defuse and/or resolve violent situations. All delegates attending should be reasonably fit and carrying no injuries.
