- T asked: Hello, My name is , I am a year old who can't control my anger. I'm a gamer. Meaning I get extremely angry when i get shot, lose, or someone takes my points. I have recently in the past few months taken my anger from games to material goods, myself, and once another person. It was nothing big just a little shove nothing that would knock someone off their feet but the bad part was that it was my mother and I never want to get further than that in the anger because I have seen some pretty bad stuff happen when people are angry. I also have an extremely bad cussing problem when gaming. I would say words like cunt and fuck mostly. I feel terrible. I am a year old and can't control my anger. I am completely respectful and a great child in public but when i get home its hell from their. I would like to ensure safety to my family, friends, and myself by talking one-on-one classes with a counselor. The first step in stopping this anger will be finding another hobby like working out since it is good for the body. So I think it would be more comfortable if it was only me talking to a counselor not a group discussion.
