I"m Rusty Rosenberger, an elite conditioned, 50 year old world class athlete and the former 1979 NJ State Professional Boxing Champion, now living in Northeast Ohio.
Bodyboxing is a unique trademark boxercise activity started by former New Jersey professional middleweight champion and author of the book,
"Unclaimed Destiny: The Heart of a Champion"
Rusty Rosenberger.
Rusty has been offering this fitness
activity in Ohio since the late 80"s and he would like to share his fitness program with all of you!
