BoxerciseSafeBoxing : You will be taught balanced footwork, or how to move around boxing style, or the boxers two step. Then, by verbal commands & personal demonstration, you'll be taught the correct method of throwing the jab, powerhand, hook, and uppercuts, onto my hand pads/ focus mmitts that I'll have on. Then, I'll put you through a safe boxing training session. As we dance the boxers two step, I'll stop moving, call for you to throw a punch, or a combination of punches onto my hand pads/ focus mitts, then back on our toes moving. This training is completely safe, you will never get hit, infact, you do all the punching. I'll observe your techniques being thrown, insuring the punch techniques are being exacuted proparly, and the you're breathing with each and ev ey punch being delivered by you
