The Measurable Management Program is a revolutionary vehicle for translating good intentions into measurable outcomes while initiating change that is both sustainable and profitable. Measurable Management is aimed at team leaders, supervisors and first line managers. The course takes place in a group setting with 10 1/2 day sessions over a period of 3-6 months.
Measurable Management was developed and introduced by UK based firm McQuillan-Byrne. Williams & Company Communications, Inc. entered into an agreement with McQuillan-Byrne to become the exclusive U.S. distributor of the Measurable Management Program and licenses and trains facilitators around the country.

* Perform business needs analysis and define key business issues for improvement
* Understand roles and responsibilities of being a manager Influence behavior and recognize the benefits of managing in a developmental way
* Gain an appreciation of the customer and supplier roles (both internal and external)
