Weavers Restaurant Trust
The main thrust of Weavers is to supply training in Catering and Hospitality up to NVQ Level 3. Our client group is disabled and/or socially disadvantaged. Alongside the NVQ delivery we are able 5to offer the Foundation Food Hygiene, Health and Safety and other relevent qualifications. Slightly at a tangent but very complimentary to Hospitality training we have a Department of Business Administration training that offers a varierty of courses largley under the umberella of Learn Direct. This department supplies Basic Skills, Skills for Life and supporting schemes to assist people into Employment, alongside NVQ in Business Admin. and more esoteric courses such as ESOL.
