Smile is a therapeutic business run by Susannah cartwright, a holistic counsellor and therapist. Smile offers corporate clients a range of services designed to combat stress in the workplace and treat aches and pains suffered by many desk-based employees. Smile offers innovotive corporate training to help staff reach their full potential and grow your business. Our training programmes are psychologically based and designed to assist individuals, teams and organisations build mental toughness, increase Happiness and restore a sense of empowerment and confidence, which in turn leads to higher levels of creativity, innovation and success. The techniques learnt in the course will strengthen managers and employees so that they can experience unshakable calmness and inner clarity in the midst of any business challenge or crisis. Susannah has trained under Dr, Robert Holden author of 'Success Intelligence' and founder of The Happiness Project (as seen on BBC programme QED: How to be Happy), on which the 'Smile your way to Success' course is based. The course is participatory. These courses can be delivered as a tailored in-house programme to meet specific needs or can be run off-site. Also in Altrincham,Cheshire for individual delegates. Susannah also teaches Reiki levels 1 - 3 to individuals. Reiki is a form of hands-on-healing and so participants will be working together, usually in pairs throughout the course. These courses are based in Sale,Cheshire. Levels 1 and 2 are 2 day courses which include an attunement process with plenty of practice time. Course paticipants receive a manual and certificate. Level 2 involves some work outside of the course, as it is a practitioner level course, but this can be done at the students own pace. The next Level 1 and 2 courses will be held in October in Sale. The course costs 60 for level 1 and 120.00 for level 2. Masters courses are also available on a one to one basis.
