The Process
We follow this 5-step process
Step 1 We take the brief from you.
Step 2 We work with your people and observe them doing their jobs to understand the nuances of the particular function.
Step 3 We then develop a program incorporating exactly what we have observed.
Step 4 Discuss the program contents with you and finalize the program
Step 5 Deliver the program.

It means that the participants go back to their jobs the next day with an action plan on how to apply what they have learnt in the program and not only the theory behind it.
