Clear Business Writing : CLEAR BUSINESS WRITING
This workshop is appropriate for any employee who writes e-mails, memos, letters or proposals. It is a very interactive and entertaining workshop that will help people get started more quickly by planning their writing and organizing ideas in a clear, flowing way.Participants will learn to put the main point of their writing up front and support this point concisely by giving their audience just the right amount of detail this audience needs, not too much or not too little.
Editing for Managers : EDITING FOR MANAGERS
This program is for those who must edit, critique and improve their staff's writing. It is a timesaving program in that both managers and staff will do much less rewriting in the future. Moreover, managers will learn to give constructive feedback, thereby reducing the defensiveness their staff currently expresses.
The approach used in the workshop is to teach managers to refrain from making corrections, and instead identify writing mistakes and serve as writing coaches to develop their staff's writing.
