Basic Business English    : Many professionals struggle with basic English concepts. We know that we learned the "rules" in school, but still question whether our writing is grammatically correct.
This workshop reviews some basic English skills, such as parts of speach (nouns, verbs, etc.) proper sentence structure, correctly punctuating a sentence, and writing clear sentences. Participants review proper word choice, common spelling rules and mistakes,and learn how to proof-read and edit their documents.
Participants also leave the workshop knowing how to write an effective letter, memo, or email.
Corporate Competency    : Every organization has its own unique style and culture. Individuals entering the work environment often struggle with the unwritten rules and culture of the workplace.
Corporate Competency teaches employees how to get involved in, and get ahead in the organization environment. The training is as basic as what to wear and appropriate workplace conversations, and then delves into more intricate topics such as communicating with supervisors, developing mentors, networking, and getting along with peers while on the fast-track to promotion.

Business Communication
Business Writing and Communication     : A course on effective written and oral communication. Participants learn how to write an effective business letter, memo, and email. This includes developing the appropriate tone of the letter, standard paragraph format of a business letter, how to effectively communicate information, and ensuring understanding through clear and concise writing styles. Participants are asked to bring samples of their writing style to the workshop, as they receive hands-on instruction on how to improve their writing.
Course also covers effective oral communication styles, including appropriate business tones, ensuring comprehension, delivering criticism, and gaining consensus. This module also reviews basic business grammar.
