5S Housekeeping training

: 5S HOUSEKEEPING emphasizes the importance of working hygiene. 5S Housekeeping is based on the Japanese housekeeping practice. 5S is necessary to ensure a clean and orderly working environment with a highly visible management. It helps focus employees to maintain a clean and efficient workplace. It helps them to be aware of their working environment and the state of the tools and machinery they use. This course is designed on a take-back-and-do approach. The course provides a mindset and a checklist for the delegates to take back and implement in their work place. Delegates should see immediate applications to improve the quality of their work place.
7 Quality Control Tools training

: 7QCT is fundamental for Continuous Improvement and is delivered in a take-back-and-do approach. This course will show the delegates the basics of teamwork and problem solving. This course will ensure all team members have a unified approach to problem solving. Although this course appears simple, unless delegates have the same approach, there will be undue waste of time since employees cannot agree on a common method of problem solving. The course shows how the 7 QC Tools are used in problem solving through Quality Circles. Delegates should find immediate applications for 7 QC Tools.
Design of Experiments training

: Design of Experiments (DOE Basic) emphasizes the 2-Step Optimization of first reducing variation, and then, adjusting to target performance in processes and products. This course is designed on a take-back-and-do approach. The course keeps statistics to the minimum and practical aspects to the maximum so that even engineers with little mathematics can understand. Delegates should see immediate applications to improve quality and reduce loss.
Dynamic Control Plan training

: The purpose of this Dynamic Control Plan methodology is to aid in the manufacture of quality products according to customer requirements. It does this by providing a structured approach for the design, selection and implementation of value-added control methods for the total system.
The course enables the delegates to:
- Realize the importance of the Dynamic Control Plan
- Understand the types of Control Plan
->Prototype
->Pre-launch
->Production
- Learn to fill-in the Dynamic Control Plan
Failure Mode Effects Analysis training

: Failure mode effects analysis (FMEA) provides a disciplined procedure which enables a design or manufacturing engineer to anticipate and rectify potential failures in a design or manufacturing process. FMEA is an integral part of any Quality Management System (e.g. ISO 9000, QS 9000, etc.). This course enables the delegates to conduct FMEA on Design and Processes to reduce producer s and consumer s risks. Many examples help the delegates to understand and use the course effectively.
Just - In - Time training

: JIT introduces the concept of flow manufacturing, visual control, leveling production and synchronized scheduling. This course is designed on a take-back-and-do approach. Delegates should see immediate applications to improve their counter service and organizational image.
Measurement System Analysis / Evaluation training

: Define and understand a measurement system and the causes of variation; qualify the sources of variation; design or choose appropriate systems for measurement, data collection and use; maintain these measurement systems over life of the manufacturing process.
The course enables the delegates to:
- Conduct measurement system studies including assessment of linearity, stability, repeatability, and reproducibility.
- Differentiate components of variation in a measurement system.
- Understand the improvement of more...
Poka Yoke / Mistake Proofing training

: Poka Yoke (pronounced poh-kah yoh-kay) is a quality management concept developed by a manufacturing engineer named Shigeo Shingo. Poka means inadvertent errors and yokeru means to avoid. Thus, Poka Yoke translates to avoiding inadvertent errors. Poka Yoke prevents human errors from occurring in the production line. Poka Yoke is sometimes called fool-proofing or mistake proofing .
The course enables the delegates to:
- Understand Poka Yoke.
- Prevent mistakes from happening in the first place.
- Find ways of reducing operator error.
Process Flow Chart training

: Process Flow Chart (PFC) is a method to allow people to understand the sequence of events that leads to the finished product or service. A PFC shows the inter-dependencies between events and allow members to visualize the individual activities of a process or service. A PFC can significantly reduce verbose explanatory notes with greater accuracy.
Production Part Approval Process training

: Production Part Approval Process is a generic requirements for Production Part Approval, including production and bulk materials. The purpose of PPAP is to determine if all customer engineering design record and specification requirements are properly understoodby the supplier and that the process has the potential to produce consistently meeting these requirements during an actual production run at the quoted production rate.
Quality Function Deployment training

: Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is a powerful system to translate the Voice of Customer into product and service features. QFD encourages cross-functional teams to improve their internal communications and become intensely customer focused. This leads to reduced development time and increased customer satisfaction. QFD also supports Simultaneous Engineering and integrated product and service development.
Statistical Process Control training

: SPC (II) can track and hold the gains from quality improvement activities. This course has a practical hands-on approach in numerical computation for manufacturing or service. This course enables the delegates to understand the use of variable (Precontrol, X-bar R) and attribute (d, p, c and u) data. They will also learn of the implementation, interpretation and use control charts.
Voice of Customer training

: The "Voice of customer" is a process used to capture the requirements/feedback from the customer (Internal or External) to provide the customers with the best in class service/product quality. This process is all about being pro active and constantly innovative to capture the changing requirements of the customers with time.
The Voice of customer is the term used to describe the stated and unstated needs or requirements of the customer. The voice of customer can be captured ina variety of ways.
