Root Cause Analysis
: A 2 or 3-day course based on Duke's book on RCA. Includes proper terminology for corrective action and a detailed model for carrying out the problem-solving, with a special focus on finding causes. Numerous examples and practices/ case are included to help participants learn how to apply the model to their own organizational situations.
