We are communication and service delivery training, consulting and auditing company. We train at multiple levels of the organisation - from the base level to executive coaching for senior management and our programs have a practical 'how to' approach based on classic theory.
Our training is instructor-led and follows the communicative approach. Training sessions are highly interactive and learning is achieved through activities and role plays that are customised to each client's specific industry or training goal. The effectiveness of training is measured using the company's own key performance indicators. This means that the focus of the training is very well defined.
We conduct training all over India and have a permanent presence in the 5 major cities. We recognise that our services need to map into our client's constraints and we are able to design programs and training schedules that yield results with minimum disruption.

Train the Trainer




: The Evolv Train the Trainer is for anyone who loves to teach and would like to learn how to do in a effective and engaging way. Participants will learn to identify training program objectives, design training plans, assessments and choose the appropriate methodology to deliver the concept. Facilitation skills such as handling questions, moderating a discussion, modelling, conducting activities and role plays, debriefs and feedback will be taught.
