If an organization is trained in the use of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Instrument (MBTI ) or other personality type instrument or theory, the Interstrength Method adds a practical, real-world application to it. Dr. Linda Berens, the founder of Interstrength Associates developed a new model called Interaction Styles, rooted in social styles theory that can be integrated with the 16 types we ve all learned with psychological type. She has also taken temperament theory and made it practical for business and leadership applications. These models are easy to understand, remember, and use. They stand alone, so if someone is not familiar with psychological type, they can easily learn and use the models.

At Interstrength Associates, we explore needs, values, motivations, talents, and behaviors in terms of what is intrinsic, developmental, and contextual the process is wide and deep. We also look at stress behaviors and at using the information for conflict resolution.
