Diverse-ct are experienced, professional trainers and consultants who work in the areas of Equalities and Diversity. We have been providing training and consultancy to both public, private and voluntary sector organisations since 1996.
We specialise in delivering tailored Equalities and Diversity training programs and consultancy to any size organization, anywhere in the UK. We are experts in planning, designing and implementing organisational wide equality and diversity issues.

Our aims are to provide quality training and consultancy services to all our clients and move their diversity and equality agendas forward in line with legislation.
Diverse-ct was founded in 1999 whilst our trainers were working together on a Participatory Action Research Project called Partnerships for Change . This Project was originally funded by the Department of Health and tackled the issues of service access, service delivery and community involvement for ethnic minority users.
The external evaluators (Liverpool John Moores University) said of the project:
Partnerships for Change has created real change and provided actual action, moving the partners much further forward than would have been expected.
Long after the Partnerships for Change project ended, our trainers and consultants continue to exceed expectations.
