As an Executive's Workshop
Target audience: Directors & Decision Makers
Designed for leaders & decision makers to help create a 'vision' for the future. MindSafety implements an inter-active workshop focusing on the Vision Now, and then the Vision for the future. The 'Journey' from the now to the future (the Middle Ground) is then agreed upon, and a 'RoadMap' for the organisation to follow is designed by the leaders, with goals identified necessary to achieve the 'Vision'.

Target audience: Supervisors, Team Leaders, & Suitable Operatives.
Our powerful ISCA (International Safety Coach Association) Foundation award covers the training of on-the-ground personnel to be professional safety coaches within an organisation.
These in-house coaches, selected from existing operatives, continuously promote the MindSafety safety culture within the organisation. The ISCA provides the vehicle for maintaining positive changes into the long term, by continuously promoting the messages on-the-ground.
BodyWise
Specializing in Manual Handling techniques & methods.
Can be an additional 'Break-out' session or a single, 2-hour inter-active session.
Maximum group size: 20 delegates
A new programme, using MindSafety principals, designed to deliver practical and helpful techniques in manual handling within the workplace. Aimed at reducing accidents caused by lifting and the handling of tools, equipment & materials.
The course covers grips, postures, and looks at ways of attaining the maximum power from the minimal of effort.
