We will talk about what type of water to drink and how much to drink in general and during a program.
We will explain you the fast / colon cleansing / detox pre cleanse and actual program and adjustments for people with Candida.
What causes Heart disease? Can it be avoided?
We will show how to Detox your Liver, your Kidneys and your Intestines
The Healing Crisis will be discussed
We will explain you the importance of enemas / colonics and will teach you how to use them in the safest way.
We will teach you the importance of rebuilding the digestive system and tract after a fast by following a special diet.
You will experience the program yourself by participating in the actual 7 day cleansing program during the course.
On the last course day you will have an exam.
