The Civility Group Incorporated was founded in 1999 by Karen Mallett and Lewena Bayer. The Etiquette Ladies as Bayer and Mallett are often referred to as are nationally recognized as Canada s Etiquette Experts .

In Good Company -- Is the training and development division of the Civility Group best known for corporate training. Topics range from the basics of business etiquette to dealing with office politics and conflict in your work environment. The most popular session is their signature How Not to be a Cocktail Weenie a mixing business and pleasure session.

Propriety Publications Is the curriculum, materials development and publishing division, and online store for The Civility Group Inc. By Fall 2006, a variety of business etiquette/communication sessions will be offered online.

Macaroni and Please -- Is The Civility Group Inc. Children, Youth, Teens, and Social programs and materials development division. The Civility Group offers a Macaroni and Please package with 30 ten minute lessons for children ages 3-7. Effective April 2005, all training and affiliate programming for children, youth, teen, and social programming is handled by Louise Fox www.etiquetteladies.com

The International Institute for Civility Is the Canadian head office for the development of cross-cultural etiquette and communication. International affiliate offices include: The Etiquette School Dubai, Manners with Ms. Michelle in Singapore, Yati Senu Etiquette and Protocol in Malaysia and Jordan.

Mallett and Bayer are articulate, entertaining, and persuasive speakers who are in high demand as a convention and conference keynote presenters. They speak on a variety of topics related to civility, entrepreneurship, leadership, and etiquette.
The etiquette ladies have co-authored six books. They are regularly called upon for expert editorial commentary in the field. They write a monthly ask the experts column called Sticky Situations for Canadian Living web and magazine since October 2005, a weekly column on Canoe.ca, as well as featured editorials for Chatelaine, GLOW, Macleans, Homemakers, Small Office; Home Office Magazine, Canadian Business Magazine, Winnipeg Women and Winnipeg Men Magazines and many other Canadian newspapers, online publications and magazines.
Mallett and Bayer have have appeared on Canada AM, CBC s It s a Living, ROB TV, Moneywise and many other Canadian television and radio programs. In 2004, the etiquette ladies were nominated for Manitoba Women Entrepreneur of the year for their success with In Good Company.

In Good Company offers bilingual training and has just expanded their operation to include nine satellite offices in Canada and international affiliate locations in Singapore, Saudi Arabia and Dubai. Launches of three additional affiliate offices in Canada, a US affiliate office and satellite operations in India are planned for summer of 2006.
