Company-Specific Training (Royal Bank Financial Group)
We have developed an enterprise-wide financial management and reporting system training program for one of
Canada s largest financial institutions. Our mandate was to develop the course curriculum, design course
materials, and deliver the training using a variety of instructional media: job performance support tools, selfpaced
eLearning, live online training and classroom instructor-led.
To this day, we continue to maintain the program and conduct regularly scheduled classroom training for the
client at locations around the globe.
Technical Training Integrated with Job Skills Training (Certen)
We have developed and delivered a customized technical training program introducing a new integrated billing solutions and customer care for a large telecommunications company.
In this area, our training programs link system training with job skills and business process training, focusing on
the how-to-do the job. We have designed such training programs for off-the-shelf systems, Amdocs, Arbor/BP,
INEA, as well as for in-house company systems.
System and Product Training (CAMTOS Solutions)
We have been engaged by a start-up company to develop a formal training program for their new product. As part of the project, we conducted a training needs analysis, designed the course curriculum, student guides, leader s guide, course activities and job aids. We also developed and implemented a process to administer and evaluate the program.
Leadership Development (BBC Northern Ireland)
We have been engaged to provide innovative leadership and interpersonal skills training for a call centre
management team. The results of our session were evidenced by effective teamwork, respect for individual and
business needs, and defined currency management skills.

We have been employed to utilize our unique team building approach with a major UK utility call centre management team.

Business Continuity Training and Awareness Sessions (Royal Bank Head Office Finance)
We have developed and successfully delivered customized training for recovery teams, executives, business continuity planning software end-users, and train-the-trainer programs for organizations of up to 50,000 employees. Some of the audiences for whom we have tailored our sessions include: corporate executives, government officials, auditors, IT staff, business staff, academics, business continuity and risk management
professionals.
Customer Relationship Management (McCausland Hotel, Northern Ireland)
The number one issue for the hospitality industry is customer relationship management. We have worked with the management team of a prestigious hotel to focus on star rating criteria. As part of the project, we worked with this team in assisting them in defining, planning for and implementing the Managing Director s service vision.
Change Management (Bell Canada)
We have worked with a large telecommunication company in one of many change management efforts to proactively manage the people-side of change to achieve the desired business results. Our step by step project plan ran in parallel with major sweeping changes that had dramatic effects on the business. We are pleased to report that we were able to create a win/win for all those impacted.
Train the Trainer (Portugal Telecom)
In partnership with the client, we have successfully developed in-house competencies, and both trained and assessed instructors responsible for the training and development of billing and customer service for 3,000 plus employees. |
