I am a fully qualified & insured trainer, with Fitness Qld, I work with you at a local Park/Beach & I also work in with Palm Beach Health Studio. I offer 30min session's for $40, or $50 for you and a partner.

I offer a very friendly & non-intimadating service, to help you achieve your goals that a well deserved. As your goals are my goals I work very closely with you to either weight loss, or just further your fitness levels.
On your 1st session we set some goals, that we can work a program from as to help you achieve what you are after, I also take your measurments so we can see in weeks to come your new sexy body coming together.
