Kawas Consulting was founded in 2003 by Professor Aouni Kawas. Today Kawas Consulting consists of two entities:
Kawas Consulting SAL Offshore: Established in 2008 due to increased operations and transactions within the Middle East, Gulf, Africa and Europe.
Kawas Consulting: Continuity that serves the Lebanese market. Kawas Consulting is a management consultancy firm based in Beirut, Lebanon, that consists of a group of consultants and colleagues with a purpose to cater the development needs of regional organizations through expertise in the following divisions:
1. Executive Search & Head Hunting
2. Management Consultancy

Kawas Consulting has conducted over one hundered assignments in Lebanon and within the region, ranging from recruiting CEO, CTO, HRD, to fresh graduates, training more than one thousand employees in sales and other soft skills, as well as placing strategies, policies and procedures for different divisions and departments within many companies of diverse industries. End of 2008, Kawas Consulting established a joint venture with Major General Emad Al Houti and accordingly opened offices in Kuwait.
