We offer 3 different courses:
1 week - Introduction to Tiling & Starter for DIY.
Whether you're thinking of becoming a professional tiler, or just doing your own project at home, this is the course for you. It takes you through the basics of tiling, tools you'll need, grouts and adhesives.
2 week - Professional Basic.
This takes you through all the aspects of basic ceramic wall and floor tiling, covering tools and tool kit, grouts and adhesives, how to cut and fix around odd shapes, different layouts, how to measure and price and estimate work accurately. Also, how to start your own business.
4 week - Professional Advanced.
Designed to take you through all aspects of tiling. Starting with the basics, your tool kit, grouts and adhesives, which tools to use and when, how to cut around odd shapes, how to grout and polish, how to measure and how to estimate and price work accurately. You will move on to more specialised products as the course progresses. We will then show you how to become self-employed, incorporating the various tickets you will need, health and safety, book-keeping and customer service. At the end of the course, we will give you the oppourtunity to be placed on site to work with sub-contracters within the tiling industry, giving you first-hand experience of the business you will have chosen to enter into.

We use national and local neswpapers to advertise our services, but currently, we are using our Central Tiling group website, but more essentially, we are using our training website (http://centraltilingtraining.co.uk) to promote our business. We currently use Google Adwords fairly effectivley, and also advertise on trade forums and other training and courses websites

We take you through the the aspects of health and safety, the basics of iling, the tools you will need, grouts and adhesives and how to measure accurately.
