Education Works Consulting Services, LLC (EWCS) is a consul-ting firm that offers an extensive array of educational, supportive and training services. Our belief is that "Knowledge is Power" therefore our services are geared towards assisting individuals to heighten their awareness level and expand their knowledge base in key areas of interest.

Diversity & Cultural Competency
: This workshop will explore individually constructed and societal imposed cultural lenses. Throughout a self-awareness exercise and group discussions, participants will develop an understanding of how our own bias and fears affect our perceptions and interactions with others.
Who should attend: Individuals of all ages and from a variety of fields who are concerned about diversity issues, want to become allies and wish to increase their cultural knowledge base.
