Welcome to Making the Link, we pride ourselves in providing blended learning solutions for organisations. We release the human potential through a different approach to training using a new generation of tools, technology and approaches that significantly impact on results.
Our approach enables customers to use a blend of learning tools from tutor assessed online modules, Emotional Intelligence diagnostics, Webinars, Skype coaching, to support and enhance instructor led training. To compliment this Making the link have an extensive range of experiential team development activities.
Training topics include- Leading a winning team, Consultative selling and Influencing skills, Human Being vs. Human Doing- Developing health and well being at work, and Employee Engagement for Leaders.
We work at our dedicated training centre in the South West, on client sites and at selected hotels/ conference centres.

Research and Analysis - Use MTL online capabilities to maximise the return on investment in future training. In partnership we deliver the required outcomes. MTL build online and experiential Learning journeys specifc to organisational and individual needs.
Design training and Team performance events that are based on the needs of the 'real' situation, use the MTL blended learning approach to ensure future behavioural changes are cemented. Make the link to work based projects and online review sessions.
Deliver the Training using a new approach based on The Human Element. Training "off the shelf" can have serious limitations, it is the uptake and use of different approaches that determines the real value.
