Nature's Whisper School of Yoga
Nature's Whisper Yoga Teacher Training is a 200 hour course
and is open to students who aspire to be yoga teachers, students who wish to deepen their personal practice and knowledge of yoga as well as health care professionals and current yoga teachers seeking deeper knowledge and certification.
You do not have to become a teacher to participate.
The training consist of 200 hours over a 3 month period designed to provide space for growth and integration. The days and times are accommodating for the full-time working schedule incorporating weekend "intensives" for deeper studies and practicum. Each "Intensive" will be dedicated to an area of yogic practices which form a mandala of wisdom, intuition, knowledge and experience at the deepest levels of the body, spirit and mind as well as methodology and anatomy.

Jolie Cash is the founder of Nature's Whisper School of Yoga,
Nature s Whisper Natural Herb products, Nature's Whisper Yoga, Hot Mama Yoga and is sponsored by Marika s Balance and Shiva Shakti collections. She is an E-RYT 500 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher Trainer at the 500 hour level) and the director and senior teacher of NWSY. She is also certified with Tantra Yoga International at the 500 hour level and has over 2, 000 hours of training in Yoga Asana, Pranayama, Meditation, Yogic Philosophy, Ayurveda, Anatomy, Sanskrit, Methodology, Yogic Cleansing Techniques, Raw Food Nutrition, Chakra
and Energy Practices, Mantra and Chanting.
Jolie has been practicing Yoga for 11 years and teaching for 8 years. She is trained in traditional Hatha, Vinyasa and Tantra Yoga with a background in Iyengar, anatomy and both western and eastern philosophy. She is also a DOULA that believes in the "natural" right of passage of birth .She continues to explore her knowledge in Yoga and Philosophy through regular trainings, seminars, workshops and self study with
yoga Masters. Teachers that have had a profound influence on her teaching and life are Sharon Gannon & David Life of Jivamukti Yoga in New York, Eric Schiffman, Shiva Rea, Angela Farmer, Anna Forrest and Kali Ma the Spiritual director and co-founder of Maha Siddha Dharma.
Jolie's teaching focus is on the integration of wisdom and intuition, in order to release the old to make room for the new. She teaches a fluid style creating a garland of asana (postures), Surya Namaskara (sun salutations), pranayama (breathing) and svasana (relaxation). She also teaches a restorative (spinal) style of Bliss Yoga offering balance to a regular practice. All Jolie's classes are complete with
music, aromatherapy, positive affirmations and eyebags for relaxation.
