Royal Blue Kids is a resource for child/ youth professionals and family/ crisis advocates (i. e, domestic violence, homelessness).
CJ Spencer, the creator of Royal Blue Kids, is a professional trainer and curriculum developer. She has provided training and leadership for more than 10 years in various environments including: childcare, after school care, food safety (she's a former ServSafe Instructor), and hospital computer systems (Epic Software).
CJ has most recently created and trained providers/ advocates in various health-related and compliance areas including: Civil Rights for non-profits receiving federal funding (i. e., CACFP), Child Care Professionalism (2 clock hours available), and Violence Prevention (for middle school through adults).
All training materials created are user friendly, industry specific, suitable for adult or child learners (as applicable), and takes into account multiple learning styles and intelligences.
Materials may be utilized in the classroom and in computer lab environments.

Beyond Parenting (Series)
: "Beyond Parenting" is a series of workshops designed for parents living in domestic violence and/or homeless shelters, and their service providers (case managers). Workshops cover a variety of topics, including but not limited to: Parenting styles, managing stress, moving forward, and community resources.

To be able to teach life skills to parents that are court ordered to participate. We are located in rural Missouri, and of course on a very limited budget.
