The DIY School provides Public DIY, Trade skills adn Youth Vocational courses in Stockport, Cheshire. Courses include plastering, tiling and bricklaying, DIY Home Maintenance and DIY Tool Use. The DIY School also runs Ladies Only and Family courses.
Our courses reflect the common objectives of our students offering value for money, teaching logical groups of skills and presenting maximum opportunity to apply and practice what we teach. For the more ambitious DIY enthusiast, property developer or individual with an eye to becoming a professional, our courses can be combined over time to grow your skill base whilst your experience and confidence develop.
The flexible course start and finish times give customers the chance to manage child care needs, avoid rush our traffic and help you not to over work parts of the body that often we find are not used to physical labour. After all it is probably holiday time or a weekend that you are giving up so we want the experience to be enjoyable.

The DIY School Ltd provides training to a range of groups including the General Public, Career re traininers, Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Education Advisory Organisations. Our courses include Plastering, Tiling, Brick Laying, Plumbing and Joinery plus Home DIY Tool Use and Home DIY Maintenance. Courses for Ladies only plus Family and Youth places are also available.
