MTTC is an official IPC Training Center for IPC-A-610, J-STD-001 and IPC-7711/7721 as well as the MTTC Skill Development Hand Soldering Course for Lead-free Solder, SMT & T/H PCBs, Terminals, and ESD.

IPC-7711/7721 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) Certification Course train the trainer : IPC-7711/7721 Rework & Repair Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) Course The Course for initial certification is a five (5) day Course. The Course provides students with intensive hands-on instruction on the IPC approved rework, repair and modification procedures. Students must produce acceptable workmanship samples for each procedure reivewed. Good to excellent hand soldering skills highly recommended.
IPC-A-610D Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) Certification Course train the trainer : Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) Initial Certification Course - The Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) Course for initial certification is a four (4) day class designed to provide in-depth review of the end product acceptance criteria of the IPC-A-610D Standard and provide certification to conduct the IPC Application Specialists Certification Course.
J-STD-001 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) Certification Course train the trainer : J-STD-001 Certified IPC Trainer (CIT) The CIT Course for initial certification is a five (5) day Course designed to provide in-depth review of the J-STD-001D Standard and verification of hand soldering skills for lead-free solder on: Terminals Through-hole Surface Mount Technology (SMT) (through fine pitch QFPs)

Skill Development Hand Soldering Course instructor led training : This Course provides students with a thorough review of hand soldering theory and assembly, soldering and rework techniques. Course utilizes both instructor s lectures and demonstrations. Students are provided opportunities to put into practice concepts and techniques presented in the practice and final workmanship samples. The course is conducted based on the process and quality requirements of J-STD-001D and IPC-A-610D (Class 3). A MTTC Certificate of Completion is provided to students passing the course.
