WordAbilities LLC provides writing and editing services to businesses and individuals.
"Nine Keys to Effective Business Writing" is a two-day business writing workshop sponsored by WordAbilities LLC and is intended for everyone who writes any type of business document, including letters, memos, press releases, reports--even emails. Participants will learn skills that will enable them to approach their writing projects with confidence and ensure that the message they send is the one their readers receive.
"Nine Keys to Effective Business Writing" is scheduled for October 16 and 17 in St. Louis, MO.

When: October 16 & 17, 2007
Time: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM both days
Cost: $295. Register by September 30 and pay $265. Four or more from same company pay only $255 each. Fee includes coffee and refreshments, workbook, and 60 days post-workshop consultation.

WordAbilities LLC is a writing and editing services company located in St. Louis, MO. We provide services to businesses and individuals who are seeking help with their writing. Our owner and president, Mary Menke, worked for more than 30 years for various companies and nonprofit organizations and was also an independent contractor/trainer for a public seminar company for several years. She has a bachelor's degree in communications/journalism and a Masters in Business Administration.
Some of the services WordAbilities provides include:
Proofreading. Proofreaders check for errors in spelling, punctuation and format.
Editing. In addition to proofreading, editors address issues of content and style. The document is reviewed to ensure it accomplishes the purpose for which it was written.
Copywriting. Following guidelines provided by the client, a copywriter writes a document from scratch (usually to inform or persuade the reader). The copywriter may use information and research provided by the client, or may conduct research on his/her own.
Business Writing Training. "Nine Keys to Effective Business Writing" is WordAbilities' two-day business writing workshop. The workshop is presented at public venues and can also be presented on-site and tailored to an organization's requirements. |
