Psytech also provides Consultancy, Training and Coaching for HR Performance improvement at the Individual, Team and Organization levels.
The psychometrics distibuted include 15 Factor Questionnaire Plus, OPP, SPI, GRT1, GRT2, TTB2, CRTB2, CTB2, ART, Jung Type Indicator,VMI, OIP, LSI etc. The software distributed includes 360 FEED BACK and Genesys3 which is used for all the above assessments and Assessent Centre Manager.
We also provide assessment services using MBTI Step l&ll.
Our consulting includes use of Competency Mapping, Selection Processes using Assessment Centre, Psychometrics and Competency Based Interviewing.
We provide result based training in all Behavior/Competency Based
training: these include all areas in Managing Self, Managing Team/Others and Managing and Leading Managers/Leaders.
We run Development Centres using simulations, 360 feedback and psychometrics and provide Executive Coaching Support.
We provide other onine online diagnotic surveys to support organizational change like GAP analysys or TNA.
