Our pass guarantee scheme is the most cost effective route to certification on any of our accredited courses. If a delegate is unfortunate not to pass their exam first time around they can re-take the course without having to pay for any further training. In addition our skills protection promise safeguards your commitment if a qualified employee leaves within 12 months of their FGI course, you can re-train their replacement at a special reduced rate.

ITIL ISEB Practitioner Certificate in Capacity Management



: Those wishing to broaden their ITIL IT Service Management experience and those with full or part-time hands-on responsibility for planning, implementing and/or running a Capacity Management function. It will be equally useful for those already in this role desiring a formal understanding, or those who are about to enter a Capacity Management role and need training in how to perform.
The course is intensive, highly practical and interactive.

ITIL Practitioner Courses With Examination



: 3 Day course, all prices are inclusive of exam and course materials. The course completes with a one and a quarter hour written assignment (essay style) and a one hour closed-book multiple-choice paper consisting of 25 questions. The questions will be based on a Case Study and a set of discipline specific appendices to the Case Study.

ITIL v3 Foundation Bridging Course

: This course is an bridging course from ITIL version 2 to version 3. There is an optional Version 3 Examination at the end of the course for delegates who posses a version 2 Foundation course certificate. This course is developed by experts working closely within the ITIL framework. Limited places available.
ITIL v3 Managers Bridging Course



: This five-day Bridging Course will re-enforce the key components of ITIL Version 3. It will build on delegates Version 2 knowledge and cover the key differences between Version 2 and Version 3 and explain how Service Management is evolving. Following the course, delegates will sit the ITIL Version 3 Diploma bridge examination. This consists of 20 complex multi-choice scenario-based questions and will take 90 minutes.
