Firefli Consulting offers coaching, mentoring and training services. Our primary training site is www.architectbootcamp.com and consists of several IT Architecture workshops, including Intro to IT Architecture Boot Camp, Executive Architecture Boot Camp, Technical Architecture Boot Camp, Enterprise Architecture Boot Camp and others.
Our workshops are face to face, and consist of lecture and participatory style training, and have several lab exercises embedded within. The participant receives comprehensive manuals, including model examples, as well as free access to the information site.
The current schedule includes only Winnipeg, but courses have also been taught in the U.S. in the past, as well as in other Canadian cities. Past affiliations in Canada have been with CIPS as a revenue generating/professional development activity.
