When one moves to a new role or a new organization, the nascent stage needs to be handled with lots of care and caution. We work with you and help you with managing the First 30 days, the next 30 days and the best 30 days. We design and deliver a 90 days management module for all those who are in transition, walking you through perception management, setting goals, managing business objectives, handling teams, dealing with ambiguity etc. Handy check lists and short booster doses make this program enjoyable and refreshing. This can also be conducted over phone for the entire duration. This program can also be conducted to a team as part of the New hire induction.
Coaching 1 2 1
Having spent 3-4 months in your current role or in a new organization, if you are going through stress or confused about what is in store, we can help you through regular 1 2 1 coaching sessions, defined for a period of 1-3 months until we prepare you to handle the change yourself. These are 30 minutes to 60 minutes sessions once a week, designed to provide you with insights on what to focus on, how to manage yourself and others, define a path to progress etc. We will assess you during this phase at several intervals and help you understand and come to terms with current state, things to do and where you want to go.
