EZ-R Stats offers free audit software and training, developed by a practicing IT auditor with over 25 years experience in IT Audit. The primary focus is on simplification of data mining. The purpose of the site is to provide useful software to auditors, students, researchers, etc. to facilitate data mining, support audits and forensic accounting.

I formed EZ-R Stats, LLC in 2005, since I am an IT auditor with over 25 years of practical experience in planning and conducting IT audits. I started my career with Deloitte, supporting and using the AUDITAPE system to perform CMA sampling at a variety of Saving & Loan Associations, Banks, Utilities, Wholesalers and Government agencies. I have significant IT audit experience.
My intent is to make software free through advertising and support services sold on the site. I make free audit software available (XL Audit Commander) which provides the following benefits:
* comprehensive, yet easy to use
* efficient and effective
* graphical displays to facilitate planning and analysis
* works from within Excel , a widely used tool
The site has received significant numbers of visits world-wide from both educational institutions as well as government agencies. In addition, the site has had visits from most of the large audit firms, banks, insurance companies and at least 14 of the companies in the Fortune Global 500. There have also been many visits from other organizations and individuals.
